Up for sale is a very nice 1 Gallon size Glazed, Decorated Stoneware Crock Jar made by a maker in Baltimore, MD in the 1850's-1860's. Featuring 3 Hand Painted cobalt blue flowers on top of a standard grey glaze. There are two small chips and a few abrasions on the rim, they could be manufacturing imperfections in the glazing process. Otherwise the crock is in great condition, very little wear to the blue decoration. There is some stain and wear from age and use throughout as expected.
